Happy chinese new year everybody! Wish you all prosperity and health in this new year !
How's your CNY got many hong bao? I do ! Haha! Besides hong bao or angpao, the best thing about chinese new year for me will always be the food. Yes, the pork, noodle, chicken, pork again, vegetables, and pork again. As you guess I love pork so much I could die for it XD So, CNY's eve feels like heaven for me. The night before the actual CNY or CNY's eve, just like any other chinese family, all of my family would gather in my house and have dinner together. This is also the reason why I always feel bloated in CNY, I ate too much on CNY's eve.
Besides angpao, and dinner on CNY's eve, another tradition is wearing new clothes or pretty clothes. For me it is a must too look pretty on CNY because you will meet all of your family and friends, even the one you didn't know exist. Of course you need to look presentable and pretty.
But, unfortunately my CNY's outfit didn't arrived on time. I bought it online and it arrived a few days after CNY. But I still glad that I have some new clothes that I've never wear. So I just used that instead.

Actually I just found out this unique believe, they say you can not wash your hair after this CNY's eve prayer (sembahyang) until CNY day 2. If you do, you will wash your luck away. Believe it or not, I obey this rule, just for fun. :P
